We Support America's Small Business Contractors
The Small Business Contractors' Forum was founded by the National Association of Small Business Contractors and the U.S. Women's Chamber of Commerce to provide a community of opportunity for small business contractors across America. Members of the National Association of Small Business Contractors and Contracting Members of the U.S. Women's Chamber of Commerce may join the Small Business Contractors' Forum online community and take part in our regional forums.
Our Southern California regional forum has been established by Gladys Hurtado. Ms. Hurtado serves as the Regional Contracting Advocate for the NASBC and USWCC in the Southern California Region.
Gladys Hurtado: Regional Contracting Advocate
Gladys Hurtado has over 25 years of business experience with particular focus on marketing, procurement and business development initiatives for small to medium size businesses. She also spent 25 years in purchasing, procurement and quality control in large Fortune 500 companies such as Northrop Grumman as a Quality Assurance Analyst II and Raytheon as a Procurement Buyer where she developed her skills and gained considerable experience in management and procurement.
